The story of Hume Construction began long ago. The Hume family has worked with their hands in the building industry as far back as the family lineage. In fact, the name ‘Hume’ was initially developed from the abstracted version of the word ‘home’; of place-making. On-Site Builder
Hume Construction Inc is looking for a hard-working, reliable builder to join our team. You will participate in various construction projects and follow construction plans and instructions from the site supervisor. Although experience isn't essential, you must be physically fit and a fast learner. To be successful in this position, you will be expected to work well as part of a team, enjoy working outdoors, and be able to perform strenuous physical tasks.

Assistant Master Builder (Forman)
Hume Construction Inc is looking for a knowledgeable, experienced construction Assistant Master Builder (AMB) to coordinate operations and oversee the crew at various construction sites. As the liaison between workers and supervisors, the AMB will be the key person in charge of overseeing the completion of the project with a keen awareness of material expenses, permits, and team safety. The ideal applicant will have a solid background in the field, strong leadership skills and the ability to direct the work of others and make quick decisions. The AMB must be well-organized and strongly focused on safety above all and at all times.
